The kit arrives

A beautiful box, once a year. Inside: this year's archive piece, a dated keepsake card, and your login. Year one holds the vial for the first curl.

Add what your pediatrician already measured

Today those live in a patient portal, on a paper vaccine card and in a drawer. Photograph or upload them — screenings, growth, immunizations — and we keep them dated, in one place, in your child's name. Nothing new to collect. You can request a copy of your child's records from any provider, acting as their personal representative (45 CFR 164.524).

A clinician reads it and writes to you

Once a year, a pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner licensed in your child's state — working through an independent partner medical group — reads what you have added this year against the routine schedule for your child's age, and writes a plain-English letter: what's on file, what's missing, which routine checks are due. Written to be handed to your own doctor.

Each one goes into the membership agreement, published here before reservations open — where a court has to read it, not just where you do.

At eighteen the record is theirs. Certified destruction on request, within thirty days, at any age.

Never sold along with the company.

No specimen and no data may transfer to any buyer or successor without your fresh, explicit consent. The default, if we ever cease, is destruction — with an independent custodian named before the first kit ships.

iii.

A clinician says the important things. The app never does.

The app shows your child's own trend and a disclosed cohort range. Every judgement comes from a licensed pediatric clinician, in a letter with a name on it.

Methods published before marketing.

Anything we ever measure ourselves is published first — the specimen, the evidence, the lab's precision, and honestly where a children's reference range does not yet exist.

The strictest law, everywhere.

We adopt the most protective state and federal standards for consent, health data and children's privacy voluntarily, in every state. No advertising trackers on any page that knows anything about your child.

How the $25 works. It holds one of the five hundred founding places and comes off your first payment. It is refundable in full, at any time, for any reason — one email is enough. We are asking for it instead of an email address because a reservation with a card behind it is an honest signal, and we would rather build what parents will actually choose.

What this is not

We would rather you know the edges before you reserve.

  • Not a medical test, a diagnosis, a prediction or a score. It is a record, read by a clinician.
  • Not a replacement for your pediatrician. The letter is written to be handed to them.
  • Not coupled to any supplement, treatment or product. Nothing is ever sold off a result.
  • Not a promise about what a stored curl or tooth will ever yield. They are keepsakes, kept properly.
  • Not for children to use. The app is for parents; the archive is for the child.

The things parents ask first.

Is this a medical test?+
No. The Record keeps and organises the results your pediatrician has already produced. Once a year a licensed pediatric clinician, through an independent partner medical group, reads what has been added against the routine schedule for your child's age and writes to you. The letter is not a diagnosis and does not replace your pediatrician; if the clinician thinks something deserves a proper look, the letter says so and is written for your own doctor. Nothing in the app diagnoses, predicts or scores.
My pediatrician already charts growth and the portal has everything. What does $199 buy?+
Your pediatrician does the measuring, and should. What no practice keeps is the whole picture in one place, in your child's name, across every practice, every move and all eighteen years — or a yearly letter that says what is missing. Portals belong to the practice; when you change pediatricians, the record stays behind. The Record belongs to your child. The archive — the first curl, eighteen growth cards, the teeth — is the part no clinic will ever make.
Who is behind this?+
A small company in formation, led by a scientist and built with a pediatrician, a pediatric toxicologist, a privacy lawyer and a parent-founder as its advisory board. Every name, credential and the partner medical group will be published on this page before reservations open — no one should take a founding place from people they cannot look up.
Does the membership renew automatically?+
Yes, once a year, and we write to you thirty days before each renewal with the price and a one-click way to stop it. Founding families keep their founding price. Cancel any time; the record and archive remain your child's, and you can ask for certified destruction at any age.
Who reads my child's record?+
A pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner licensed in your child's state, whose name is on the letter. Clinicians work through an independent partner medical group; we will name the group, and the states covered from day one, before reservations open — a few states with strict direct-access rules (New York among them) will come later, and we will say so plainly. Our staff do not read your child's results; systems that handle them are locked down to the standard the most protective state laws require, and no advertising tracker is ever present on a page that knows anything about your child.
What happens to my $25?+
It holds one of the five hundred founding places and comes off your first payment. It is refundable in full at any time, for any reason — one email is all it takes. If we decide not to launch, every reservation is refunded automatically.
Is my child's information ever sold or shared?+
Never sold. Shared with the clinician who reads it and with anyone you choose to hand the letter to. Where the law requires a clinician to report something — certain screening results go to a state health department, for example — we tell you before it can happen. If the company is ever acquired or ceases, nothing transfers without your fresh consent; the default is destruction, and an independent custodian is named before the first kit ships.
What is the Wellness Card, and why can't you say more?+
Because it does not exist yet, and we will not describe a product before a certified laboratory has validated it in writing for home-collected children's samples. When one has, the exact measures, the evidence and the lab's precision will be published on this site before a single card ships. Until then the $299 option is a way to tell us you would want it — and your $25 is refundable if we never can.
What ages is it for, and when does it ship?+
From birth to eighteen, with two starting points: the Birth-to-Five kit and the Tooth Fairy kit from age five. Founding families will be the first to receive kits; we will write to every reservation with dates as soon as they are real, and never before.
